So, for my Spainsh class, we all have to pick a food originating from an area of the Spanish-speaking world. Lucky me, I got the dibs on paella! Now I just have to fine some saffron . . . I hear it's extremely hard to come by, and when you do find it, it costs an arm, a leg, and your firstborn kid. Oh well, I can always think about paying for it later . . . Oh, yes, and there is the five page paper that goes along with it.
